How it works.

Reserving Your Room

Welcome to the easiest way to book accommodations in Havana! You book directly with us here on our website. Just select your dates and the type of room you would like and then pay for your booking. Full payment for your entire stay is required to reserve your room. Please see our Cancellation Policy. Our system will automatically send you confirmation of your reservation as well as some useful information about your stay.

During the reservation process, our system will also present alternative dates of availability. This can be especially useful during our busy times when your exact dates may not be available. Our system will search for the next best available dates for you. You will also receive a request to supply your flight arrival information. Leo and Milagro want to make sure they are here when you arrive and your flight details help them determine when you will arrive at the casa.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Milagro makes wonderful breakfasts for our guests. You can let her know what you would like to have the night before and sometimes the morning of. She will usually ask you the night before. Cost for breakfast is 5 CUC per person and is payable to Leo and Milagro upon check out. Having at least one lunch or dinner at Casa Obispo 307 is not to be missed! In fact eating a home cooked meal in Cuba is the best way to experience the flavors of Cuba. Lunch or dinner is 10 CUC per person and added to your tab. If you booked a Balcony Room, Leo and Milagro will assign one to you when you arrive. You may request a specific room by email, however depending on availability upon your arrival, we cannot guarantee a specific room. We do our best to put you in your desired room but can’t guarantee specific rooms. The exception, of course, is if you specify our connecting rooms in which case you will be assign our connecting rooms upstairs, Miramar and Vidado.

Tours

Leo offers many different tours. You can arrange with him when you arrive. You may opt for a walking tour around Havana or a day trip to Viñales.

Other Accommodations and Travel Advice

If you are travelling to other places in Cuba, Leo and Milagro are more than happy to help find accommodations and arrange outings for you. They will usually work the phones and find another Casa Particular in the area that you are visiting. Please note that Leo and Milagro have limited ability to make travel and accommodation reservations in advance for guests who have yet to arrive. To ensure that all guests get their best attention, priority is given to guests that are currently in the Casa. If you need to bus or fly, remember that things work a little different in Cuba than you may be used to! Business is mostly done face to face. For example, to book bus or airline tickets to another part of Cuba, you will need to visit the bus depot or travel agent in person. Many of our guests have tried to reserve bus tickets online before their arrival only to find that they are ‘sold out’. They are not really sold out but likely only have a very limited number of seats to sell online. A visit to the bus depot 2-3 days before your trip is usually ample time to obtain seats.

Trip Advisor

Please leave us a review on Trip Advisor! Leo & Milagro love what they do and seeing reviews from our guests makes it especially worth while for them. Of course it also helps other potential guests learn more about what they can expect when they visit us.
