Old Havana's Finest Casa Particular On Obispo Street.

Two Floors, Four Rooms.

Located one floor above street level, Casa Obispo 307 is a charming four room Casa Particular that can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests. Two rooms are located on the main floor near the living and dining rooms. Upstairs are another two rooms which have the option of connecting to each other to accommodate larger families who need more than one room. The gathering place is on the main floor where your hosts Leo and Milagro will serve (optional) breakfast, lunch or dinner. The dining area and living room are adjacent to each other and together form an expansive space. You can share your day's adventures with other guests or enjoy people watching from the balcony as tourists and locals flow by on the street below.

Freshly Renovated.

Extensive renovations have just been completed at Casa Obispo 307. Bathrooms for each guest room have been redesigned and have new fixtures and many convenient features. Common areas have been well thought out too; spaces have been opened up to add to the grand feeling of the Casa.

The Great Room.

Our living room and dining rooms join together to form a breathtaking, airy, great room. There are several places to sit and chat with your family and friends and of course with other guests too. If you’d rather have some quiet time reading a book over a cool drink, there’s plenty of space for that too. We think you will enjoy spending time here. The colors, antique furniture and lamps truly create a beautiful setting to simply be in.

Balcony Rooms.

Balcony rooms provide the perfect vantage point to see life unfold on Obispo Street below. Or enjoy the spacious room with high ceilings, air conditioning and private bathrooms.

Roof Top Terrace.

Havana has no shortage of sunshine. If a sun tan is what you are after then head up to our roof top terrace where you can lounge in the sun. There is plenty of space for all of our guests to sit and enjoy the warm Cuban sun. You can read, chat and relax and enjoy life perched high above Obispo Street below.

Connecting Rooms.

Larger families or groups of friends will appreciate our connecting rooms. Located on the second floor of our Casa are our Vedado and Miramar guest rooms. They share a connecting door between them which can be unlocked and left open should you require extra space. An extra bonus is that Vedado and Miramar share a large balcony with views to Obispo Street.

Privacy And Security.

Cuba has one of the lowest crime rates in the world. But for extra peace of mind all rooms have security boxes, privacy locks and the main entrance has a security gate to ensure only guests and staff have access to the property. The best security though, are our neighbours. In Cuba, the culture is one of helping and looking out for one another. You will see this culture at work here where neighbours keep a watchful eye on the activity in the building.

Amenities and Features.

Casa Obispo 307 was designed with the traveller in mind. Within minutes of arriving you can begin to settle in. There is a place for everything. A security box for your personal items, a closet to hang clothes and enough flat surfaces in the bathroom to set out your toiletries. There are even hooks to hang clothing, hats or anything else. Soap, shampoo and even hair dryers are standard in all of our rooms. We have also made sure there are enough plugs to charge up your power hungry devices.

Your Hosts.

Leo and his wife Milagro are your Spanish and English speaking hosts. Together they can help transform your experience in Havana. What better way to learn about Cuba than from a local couple who know all the best things to see and do. And if your journey is taking you to other areas within Cuba, they can even help you find your next Casa Particular. Leo has spent many years showing tourists the highlights of Old Havana. You can arrange for private tours with him. Milagro’s passion is food and cooking. Most of our guests enjoy her breakfasts (additional cost) but be sure to treat yourself to one of her fabulous dinners. Lobster in Havana is a real treat.
